The City of Bellevue seeks a highly experienced public artist or artist team to design, fabricate and install a large-scale public artwork in the Factoria neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington. The design of the artwork must be informed by Factoria’s community or elements of the area and provide a key visual landmark at the main entrance to the neighborhood’s commercial, residential and shopping area on Factoria Boulevard. 

The total budget for this project is $600,000 plus applicable sales tax. This opportunity is open to national and international artists or artist teams able to work in the United States. For additional details, please see the full Call for Artists here.

Art and Cultural Capital Project and Facility Maintenance grants aim to fund capital projects by arts and cultural organizations in Bellevue, WA. Capital Projects include acquiring property, building new facilities, acquiring specialized equipment and other major building renovations. Facility Maintenance includes preventative maintenance and repairs to help preserve existing arts and cultural facilities. The total budget for the 2027-28 grant cycle is $2 million. At the time of application, nonprofits must have a 501 (c) (3) designation, have two years of operation, and provide publicly accessible programming.
