Eastside Arts Partnership (EAP) grants provide operational support funding for East King County nonprofits that offer annual arts, cultural, and heritage programs serving residents and visitors in Bellevue, Washington.
Applicants can request up to $15,000 (or up to 50% of the annual budget). Applying nonprofits must be located on the Eastside, have a 501(c) (3) designation, and provide publicly accessible programming.
Project grants are available to fund arts, cultural, and heritage projects serving Bellevue, Washington, residents and visitors. We aim to support innovative projects led by artists, individuals, and communities that address cultural gaps and foster fresh avenues for creative engagement.
Applicants can request one of three funding levels: $3,000, $5,000, or $7,000. Projects must take place in Bellevue, WA, in 2027.
The City of Bellevue seeks to purchase 2D and 3D portable artworks that exemplify the vision of the Public Art Collection. The maximum purchase price of selected artwork(s) per artist is $12,000 (excluding City of Bellevue sales tax). The call is open to all living professional visual artists and visual artists residing in Island, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Chelan, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit or Snohomish counties, in Washington State. Applications are due October 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
